Our Professional Development Programme on Insight into Industry-led Research (PDP-IIR) is specialised for the research professionals and experts offering them exposure to advance industry needs and research trends, in general and in their field of expertise. The skills acquired through this programme will enable the attendee to become capable of winning research funding or grants and will facilitate them in establishing successful industry projects or collaborations. It will also support them in their career progression.

• To familiarise the participants with an advance knowledge of industry research trends.

• PDP-IIR provides participants with an exposure to various research trends in the industry thus enabling them to establish and win research funding or grants.

• Research practitioners and experts willing to get exposure into industry-led research and enhance their creativity skills for career progression, should attend this programme.

• Participants will be equipped with state-of-the-art industry research trends, become trained to conduct advance research tasks in real-world, such as accruing funding or generating projects.

• Series of sessions and hands-on workshops depending on the level of training required, as shown in figure. It could start from half-day to one-, two-, or three- days sessions. Maximum duration of a particular training session is one-week at a time.

• Knowledge about basic research.
